about Govind Kulkarni

Govind Kulkarni holds Masters Degree in Defence and Strategic Studies. He served as a Full Time Faculty in the Department of Defence and Strategic Studies, University of Pune, Pune. He authored and privately published a book on nuclear strategy entitled “North Korean Nuclear Crisis”. He is founder and owner of Athena Academy of Geopolitics, Pune (India). Athena Academy of Geopolitics is a specialized movement to comprehend the effects of geography on International Politics. As an athlete, Govind Kulkarni is state level competitive open sea swimmer with a proven capability to swim nonstop 3 km in open sea waves. He has also been a privileged paraglider pilot.
